Jen is so easy going and makes you feel calm and confident, especially on your wedding day when you are overloaded with emotions and have a million things on your mind. When you get married in Tahoe, Jen is the girl you want! Starting from my first call, Jen is a pro, she has a great process and knows what she is doing. I went in with no idea what I wanted for my trial and she was patient and talked it through with me. The result was exactly what I wanted! When the wedding day arrived, she was on time and actually finished all the bridesmaid early and was able to do two additional girls’ makeup that were not in the wedding party. My makeup stayed from 11am in the morning until the party ended at 2am! I would HIGHLY recommend Kiss and Makeup!!!

I loved working with Kiss & Makeup for our wedding at West Shore Cafe. From our initial call, to my beauty trial, to the day-of, she was great to work with! I showed her some photos and let her know what I was looking for, and she delivered! My makeup stayed put all night long too, which was a huge plus! Jennifer is a very talented make up artist and she does awesome eyebrows, among other things! She did my make up on wedding day and I have never looked better. She can change your face with what she calls a poor man’s facelift by reshaping your eyebrows. I go to her every few months and get a brow shape and eyelash tint. And I see her for make up for special events. She also has great hydrating products to apply before make up and she can give you make up lessons! She is the best and I highly recommend her.

Jennifer took on our wedding party after another local makeup artist backed out on our contract. She was professional, fun and extremely talented. Cannot recommend Jen enough! I met her when I was looking for my wedding makeup artist 2 years ago. She came highly recommended and I’m so lucky I got her! She did the most amazing job on my wedding makeup. I could not have been happier. It looked great in person and on camera. It was important to me that it look natural in person but also photograph well – and it sure did! I got so many compliments and I couldn’t have been happier with how it looked and lasted.
After discovering her for my wedding, I’ve been going to her regularly for eyebrow waxing. She is the best out there! I live in SF but only get my eyebrows done in Tahoe since I trust her the most. I always get nervous for eyebrows that they might be waxed too thin but I never worry with Jen. She does them exactly how I like them! And I love how she finishes it off with a little makeup to cover the redness after.
I also had my eyelashes tinted a few times with Jen. The first for my wedding/honeymoon and a couple times since for big trips or events. I was so nervous the first time and Jen totally calmed me through it. I’m so happy she did because now I love getting them tinted!
Not only is Jen the best at what she does, she is such an awesome person! I love catching up with her every time I stop in for an eyebrow appointment
